Allowing Access to the Customer Portal

Use the customer portal to cut down on the calls from customers with questions about tickets or invoices. This guide will show you how to give a customer contact access to their customer portal where they can view their tickets and invoices.

 

1. Click on the Menu Button

Click on the menu button for the desired customer.

 

 

2. Click "Edit"

Select the edit option from the menu.

 

 

3. Click "Add New Contact"

Click the "Add New Contact" button.

 

 

4. Enter the Contact's Name

Enter the contact's name in the respective field.

 

 

5. Click the Email Text Box

Locate and click on the email text box.

 

 

6. Enter the Email Address

Input the contact's email address.

 
 

7. Click the "Portal Access" Checkbox

Click the "Portal Access" checkbox. This checkbox won't be visible until an email address is entered.

 

 

8. Click "Save"

Confirm and save the modifications. Your customer contact will get an email with login instructions.
