Below is the navigation menu of the application shown with the main menu items displayed. It is on the left side of the application. When you click on any of the main menu items, a submenu appears. Clicking on a submenu item will display the selected form.
If you click on the “hamburger” icon to the right of the logo the navigation menu will toggle between compressed and expanded. Compressing the menu allows you to conserve screen real estate. The image below is what the navigation menu looks like in its shrunken state.
The menu item's access is determined by security roles. Your access to some items may be restricted. If you do not have access to something you believe you should have access to, contact your administrator.
In the upper right corner, you will see your username and picture( optional) as shown below.
Clicking on that link will open a menu that will allow you to change your password, picture, and settings. You can also upload an image of your signature to display on quotes. The only people that need to upload a signature are those that will be sending quotes to customers.
The red highlighted item in the image below is the notification icon. It is at the top of the screen next to your profile name and image. A red dot near the bell indicates that there are unread notifications.
Clicking the bell icon shown in the image to the right displays the notification panel shown to the right below the bell.
You can mark all notifications as read by clicking the "Set all as read" link or you can mark a single notification by clicking the "set as read" link next to each notification.
Notifications are sent in real-time. Also, a desktop push notification
is shown when a notification is received.
The “See all notifications” link will open the “Notifications List” shown below.
Clicking on the "Settings" link (located to the right) on the “Notification Settings” dialog shown above will open the “Notification Settings” dialog shown below.
In this dialog, there is a global setting for a user to enable/disable receiving notifications. If this setting is enabled, the user can enable/disable each notification individually.
The screenshot below shows how you can access the chat functionality via the icon on the far right as shown below. For more information on using the chat system, view the chat section.
