Fixed issue with Revenue not displaying. We added a means to specify the offices a user can access when the tenant is set to allow multiple offices. We created a default for users in single office tenants that allows them to access the single tenant.
Added a PO Number, Tax Code, and Tax Rate controls to the Job screen to be like the orders and quotes.
Removed the message about the driver being offline.
