We added a form to allow you to create a support ticket. It is a new option that will be visible under the lifering where you can get answers to your questions. To improve the response time, we have added a Customer Success Manager. He will monitor and answer the tickets and get the developers involved as necessary.
Multiple people can respond when you enter a ticket depending on the question. If you enter the ticket, your question won’t be stuck in someone’s inbox while they are in training or other meetings with customers.
Fixed the occasional “Material UOM – This field is required” message when editing orders.
The progress bar on the schedule was updated to show progress for mini loads correctly. We changed the progress calculation on freight only hourly loads with a material quantity to be based on the material quantity rather than the hours.
Some people couldn’t see tickets from all offices in a multi-office configuration. This was changed to allow different people to see the offices they are allowed to see. If you have a multi-office setup, you will need to select the appropriate offices under the “Organization” tab on the “User” form.
We added an option that forces the Transaction Pro export file to always create a separate line for freight and material. You will need to change this invoice setting if you want this behavior.
We also added several more columns, such as GL accounts, to the export depending on your settings.
We added a way to hide various columns on the driver pay statement. You will need to update some driver pay settings to see these changes in the statement.
Changed most of the invoices to work with a standard #10 window envelope from Staples.
Fixed the Invoice Templates "Grouped by Customer, Job and Product" or "Grouped by Customer, Job, Product and Location" to not have a material ticket section for a freight only job when there is a fuel surcharge. We also prevented the fuel surcharge from being calculated in both the freight and the material sections of the report.
Changed to allow the dispatcher to complete a dispatch without entering the ticket information.
Since the Driver App doesn’t always have a cell connection and may frequently be connected and disconnected, it may miss some of the messages sent from the server on changes to the dispatches. We made numerous changes to improve the ability of the app to request updates when reconnected or when various actions are performed.
These changes have been sent for approval in the app stores and will gradually roll out to users who are set to get updates. This rollout will begin immediately after the stores approve it.
In the meantime, a driver can either close and reopen the application or can press the “Force Refresh” menu item to see the latest changes.
Fixed a few minor alignment issues on various forms.
