Ensure that you have entered the correct tenancy name, username, and password. If you don't know the tenancy name, ask your dispatcher. The most frequent reason for being unable to login is that the tenant name is left blank.
If you still can't log in, ask your administrator to check your account setup to ensure it is active, properly configured, and not locked out. If you are locked out, the system automatically removes the lockout after 5 minutes.

Are you having trouble logging into app.dumptruckdispatcher.com? Are you seeing a message like this? Five failed logins will lock your account for 5 minutes. If your account is locked, you can either have your administrator reset it or wait more than 5 minutes before trying again.
A major cause for failed logins is that the tenant is blank. We stored a cookie on your computer when you clicked the original link in the email to validate your account. This cookie has your tenant in it so you won't need to enter the tenant name as long as that cookie exists. If you clear your cookies or you r cookie expires, you may see a blank tenant as shown here. In thiscase, you'll need to click on the "Change" button.
Enter the name of the tenant. Ask your office administrator if you don't remember the name.
Save the changes by clicking the "Save" button.
Enter your username.
Enter your password.
Complete the process by clicking on "Log in". CLick the "Forgot Password" link if you still can't login. Then use the email to try the new password.
