We are invested in ensuring you get value from Dump Truck Dispatcher. We’ll go to great lengths in training, configuring, and customizing the application to ensure that you feel like you are getting your money's worth, and will recommend our product to others.

Occasionally, during the first two training sessions, we may determine that the product isn’t a fit for your business. This is rare, but when it happens, we let you know our software isn’t a fit for you and give you the option of a full refund.

Within the first 60 days of purchasing an annual pre-paid plan, we’ll fully refund your subscription amount if you don’t believe the benefits outweigh what you paid for Dump Truck Dispatcher and you meet the following conditions:

• You have at least one full-time dispatcher working in an office at a computer. This dispatcher can't also be driving a truck.
• You have implemented the scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing.
• Your team has attended at least three training sessions.
• You have either scheduled and invoiced your entire fleet for two weeks with Dump Truck Dispatcher or let Dump Truck Dispatcher know what software issues prevent you from using the functionality.

The refund of your full subscription requires you to make a good-faith effort to use the software. 

If you don’t meet the above conditions and still want your money back within the first 60 days, we’ll gladly refund a pro-rated amount of anything you paid over our $2,500 training and implementation fee.
